DELIVERY TIME:

Most of our deliveries are completed before 5PM and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requested delivery time (when specific delivery time is requested). However, due to a number of factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather, we are not able to guarantee the specific delivery time other than the same day delivery before 7:00PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FUNERALS:

All funeral flowers will be delivered direct to the funeral home so no need to worry. Please make sure to indicate the drop-off time in your order notes located on the checkout page.

Nice product, disappointing service

"I had ordered some flowers for my girlfriends birthday and wanted them delivered as early as possible; was willing to pay extra. I was told that it wouldn’t be possible as the address was “off route”. This put a slump in my surprise but I worked with them and had the delivery moved to another location more “on route”. The flowers didn’t end up arriving until 6PM, and by that point the surprise was ruined. Nice product but I definitely won’t be back and definitely won’t be recommending this company to anyone else. 👎"

Delivered half of ordered flowers!!

"I ordered two dozen roses but they delivered only one!!!! After a call with a complain they deliver the rest of the flowers the next day but that’s not the point as it should be delivered at the same time. If I send those flowers to somebody else than my wife I would never new that only half of the flowers was delivered!!!! Beautiful flowers but I will never use that service again!!!!!"
