DELIVERY TIME:

Most of our deliveries are completed before 5PM and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requested delivery time (when specific delivery time is requested). However, due to a number of factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather, we are not able to guarantee the specific delivery time other than the same day delivery before 7:00PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FUNERALS:

All funeral flowers will be delivered direct to the funeral home so no need to worry. Please make sure to indicate the drop-off time in your order notes located on the checkout page.

"Pleased with the delivery service. Made the order in the morning around 9:30am and requested they be delivered before or around 4pm since the house would be empty shortly afterwards. I received a notification at 4:11pm that it had been delivered. Flowers were beautiful, some of them still young and growing. Presentation was beautiful and neat. Only thing I'd criticize is it didn't arrive in a purple vase like shown. But I'm happy regardless, so was she ! Will use again"
