WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE TIMED DELIVERY ON FEB 13TH AND 14TH. DELIVERY WILL START FROM 9AM AND END AT APPROXIMATELY 9:00PM.

1.Delivery status will be updated by an email once the delivery has been completed. We will NOT be able to provide delivery status by phone during the Valentine's Day Week.  

2. Please ensure correct Shipping Address when placing an order. Shipping address cannot be revised once the flower leaves our shop and we will not be able to provide refund/replacement for delivery to an incorrect address.

3. RESIDENTAL ADDRESSES (Single homes/Townhouses ) Please ensure someone will be home to receive the flower delivery. Flowers cannot be left outside on the porch due to the cold temperature and drivers cannot deliver to the neighbor due to the COVID-19. Flowers will be returned back to the shop if no one is home and the delivery will be reattempted on Feb 15th or 16th with charge of $15.00 for redelivery.

FEB 12th - 13th:  ZONE 2 NOT AVAILABLE FOR FEB 14TH (OUT OF TOWN AREAS) PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER 1 DAY BEFORE THE REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE. ORDER MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 4PM FOR THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Funerals : All funeral flowers will be delivered direct to the funeral home so no need to worry. Please make sure to indicate the drop-off time in your order notes located on the checkout page.
