DELIVERY TIME:

Most of our deliveries are completed before 5PM and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requested delivery time (when specific delivery time is requested). However, due to a number of factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather, we are not able to guarantee the specific delivery time other than the same day delivery before 7:00PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FUNERALS:

All funeral flowers will be delivered direct to the funeral home so no need to worry. Please make sure to indicate the drop-off time in your order notes located on the checkout page.

"The petals were great - however, I chose GTA flower delivery as a convenient way to get the petals the day before my wedding as I was told delivery would be from 10am to 5pm. I called around 1pm just wondering if there was any smaller ETA and was told they were on their way. I called again around 4pm to let them know I need it by 5pm (I had more wedding things to do after, so 5pm was crucial). They said they would be there before 5pm. I called at 5pm, the dispatch person was surprised and said he'd call me back. He called me back saying 5:30pm. I called again at 6pm. The dispatch person was very surprised and called me back again to say it would be 10 minutes. Finally I got my order at 6:15ish but I was better off just going to a flower shop in the morning for convenience then waiting all day for the order."
