DELIVERY TIME:

Most of our deliveries are completed before 5PM and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requested delivery time (when specific delivery time is requested). However, due to a number of factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather, we are not able to guarantee the specific delivery time other than the same day delivery before 7:00PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FUNERALS:

All funeral flowers will be delivered direct to the funeral home so no need to worry. Please make sure to indicate the drop-off time in your order notes located on the checkout page.

"I was very happy with the rapid response to sending flowers to a family member in hospital and it was very meaningful to her. I had selected a bouquet that was on sale - it fit my senior’s fixed income budget. However when I saw the actual bouquet that was delivered - it was made up only of the cheapest flowers in the on-sale bouquet pictured on the website. It was still lovely and appreciated, but not what was advertised."
