DELIVERY TIME:

Most of our deliveries are completed before 5PM and we will do everything possible to accommodate your requested delivery time (when specific delivery time is requested). However, due to a number of factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather, we are not able to guarantee the specific delivery time other than the same day delivery before 7:00PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FUNERALS:

All funeral flowers will be delivered direct to the funeral home so no need to worry. Please make sure to indicate the drop-off time in your order notes located on the checkout page.

Unfortunately, there will be occasions where it is just not possible and for that we apologize in advance. "Delivery time is so late. I called them and they said they deliver between 2-5. The recipient got the flowers at 4:39 and I got the notification that it was delivered at 5:51. If I knew that they deliver very late I won’t use their service."

I’ve got the Blue rose blues

"I really wasn’t happy with the whole experience The order it self was easy and site very simple to use. However you sent confirmation they were out for delivery straight away and then got another email to say they had been delivered. I ordered them for next day not immediately. Because of this I had to contact the recipient completely ruining the surprise I had sent her flowers. She went out of her way to check they had been delivered but they hadn’t despite me getting the delivery confirmation. I then had to contact your customer services who were very prompt and efficient in telling me the emails were sent in error and the delivery was still going ahead as scheduled. I changed the delivery date with them at this time and after me suggesting I should be compensated was offered a box of chocolates for my troubles. The recipient did receive the flowers but I received no email to say they were out for delivery or delivered. The whole experience for the recipient was a chore when it should of been a really nice surprise. Also the flowers were beautiful but did not seem at their freshest so don’t feel they will last that long What should of been a good experience hasn’t turned out that way. I just hope you learn from your mistakes. I am sorry to say I won’t be a returning customer Thanks"
